 COMING SOON:

Elf and Dog find their Names

This myth for all ages is an introduction to life on the Central Land as seen through the particular adventures of Elf, also known as the Game Keeper. Elf corresponds to Moon Elf in the Elfhood system of correspondences and is the Eternal Child continually learning to expand the range of her field of play. Enter the Central Land and see through Elf’s eyes as she grows through her mythical adventures. This was originally written intended for younger audiences, but because myths are encoded and multi-layered, this story can engage us at any age. Because of its rhythms, this story is designed to be an oral narrative and shared through story-telling, as well as being a written piece.

The Story Keeper’s Test

This very short story for all ages is a myth that reminds us where the true stories are being written. In this story, you are the main character. Like Elf and Dog, this was originally written for younger audiences and can be downloaded to share with one’s children and younger friends, although as we mentioned above, myths are encoded and can spark the codes in any human, regardless of age. This story is also designed to be an oral narrative, that is, shared aloud.

Water Madness

This short story is about a boy who went to camp and discovered a small space to Be. Written in 2001, this story has more of a modern bent than “Elf and Dog find their Names” and “The Story Keeper’s Test,” both of which are mythic in style and nature.

The Owl Mage Listens to You

This story is currently a sole submission being considered for publication and cannot be shared on elfhood.org at this time…

The Story of the Stories

is being written an exponentially slow rate, and Sarabi is using much of her efforts as a barometer of eternal timelessness. We hope to complete this manuscript in minutes or eons. Excerpts from this novel aspect of the Great Myth can be found in “Book Excerpts” in Elfmage’s section.
