INTRODUCTION

The Earth and humanity are currently undergoing a massive shift of consciousness. A new reality is beginning to emerge on this planet. Urgent crises – reflected at global, cultural, and personal levels – challenge us to redefine what it means to be human beings in relationship to each other and all systems of both planet and cosmos. Emerging out of the instability and chaos of our times are new models, paradigms and patterns – a New Story – of our place on Earth and the healing genius that can be created when we work cooperatively, sustainably and harmoniously for the benefit of all.

Elfhood is here to provide co-creational and educational leadership, consulting and inspiration to assist in this shift. For there to be peace on the planet, there must be peace between nations. For there to be peace in the nation, there must be peace in the family home. For there to be peace in the home, there must be peace within the individual.

Creating peace in the individual – in YOU – is a conscious process requiring your active participation in de-activating the suppressive elements of your various sub-systems. We have all been “entrained” and “programmed” to some degree and have accumulated densities, dysfunctions or impurities. In the mental body these are characterized as preconceptions, judgments and limitations. In the emotional body these are negative patterns and calcifications commonly called anger, depression, frustration, resentment, anxiety, fear and despair. In the physical body these densities manifest as toxins resulting in sickness, disease or ill health – anything from the common cold to more serious malfunctions such as cancer.

Neutralizing these patterns is a process of purification and transformation that ultimately brings one to a state whereby one can consistently and at will access Unity Consciousness, where the Presence of the collective Quantum field becomes your own Intelligence, and indeed, your own genius.

This is our work : the work of the family of elfhood : fostering the unfolding of this Intelligent Self-Genius through various ways, but especially through hard work, discipline and practice. There are no short-cuts – each one of us must change by changing the way we engage with and FACE our fears, hates, discomforts and challenges.

Coherence is required. The coherent state is one wherein all systems at all levels are working in tandem, synchronously, and for the benefit of the Whole. In this state, one is connected to one’s Quantum Presence: one IS one’s Sovereign Integral Self, able to act creatively, courageously and presently [that is, NOW]. In this state, one’s behaviour is unconflicted. (In contrast, conflicted behaviour is when we think one thing, feel another, and act differently.)

The Coherent State:

Biologically, as discovered through the research of neurocardiology and heart-brain physiology, this highly efficient state is known as psycho-physiological coherence, a state in which all systems of the human body [including the nervous system, cardiovascular, hormonal and immune systems] are working efficiently and harmoniously.

Neurologically, brain research characterizes this state as the integration of the triune brain : the reptilian brain, mammalian brain and neo-cortex [including the pre-frontal lobes] begin to work together, instead of opposing one another with conflicting agendas.

Culturally, those in this state are the social artists, innovators, activists, and other humans who by their coherent behaviors, promote connections between our fellow humans.

Artistically, this state has been described as accessing one’s creative genius – in any field or endeavor – and manifesting a vision that grounds higher imagination into projects, ventures and experiences that assist or inspire others.

Philosophically, this state is known as Humanus, Being.

Ecologically, this state is the one wherein all levels of the ecological system have been harmonized – in a sense, where all the parts are both whole, and yet part of a greater whole – the leaves of a tree, the trees, the animals, the insects, the soil, the human– all are certainly separate, but can also be viewed as one organism. In this sense, human beings can be viewed as “cells” of the intelligent Earth…

Spiritually, this state is the experience of Unity Consciousness.

Holographically, this state is the synchronizing of macrocosm (universe), mesocosm (culture) and microcosm (individual).

In Reality, this state can be experienced, now, via the breath. There is nothing to wait for.

Mythically, the human experiencing this state of heart-coherence is known as an ELF. An individual Elf connected to Unity Consciousness is connected to the “Hood” that encompasses all hoods ; the Elf in the Hood is thus aligned with all levels of reality.

“We are living in the midst of the most extraordinary transformation of consciousness on this planet since the first emergence of the human over one hundred thousand years ago. Evolution has not ended; it is ongoing, and a quantum leap of transformation is being prepared for by the planet and its conscious human inhabitants. We are becoming aware that through our own consciousness, the Universe can know itself. This awareness reveals incredible new potential for our individual and collective humanity.

Simultaneously, we are the first species on earth aware that we can destroy ourselves by our own action. This knowledge awakens in us the aspiration to become more conscious through subjective practices that accelerate our evolution in the direction of UNITY CONSCIOUSNESS , and inspire us to deeply align our collective vision.

THE CHALLENGE:

At this juncture in human history, urgent global crises challenge us to learn to live sustainably, in harmony and gratitude with one another and with the living universe. The changes required of humanity are broad, deep and far-reaching. Only by acting swiftly and creatively can we birth a planetary culture that will bring well-being to every form of life in the Earth community.

The good news is that a compelling new STORY of our potential as a whole human species is emerging—a story of collaboration, citizen action, dialogue and new understandings propelled by unprecedented levels of democratic freedom, multicultural exchange, and access to communication technologies. It is nothing less than the story of our collective evolution.

OPPORTUNITIES FOR ACTION

We recognize that the inner and outer aspects of life evolve together. A dramatic awakening in consciousness will involve an equally dramatic shift in outward aspects of our lives. In particular, we see the following as vital opportunities for our conscious evolution, both personally and collectively:

Cultivating a Paradigm of Aliveness: We regard the universe as deeply alive and conscious by nature. In a living universe, our sense of subtle connection and participation with life around us is the basis for a compassionate and cooperative approach to living.

Educating for an Evolving Consciousness: Awakening consciousness is the foundation for all the change we seek to see in the world. We can work to elevate our capacity for conscious reflection and creative action in our personal lives as well as our collective lives as communities. We must support research and educational strategies that optimize human capacities and explore the nature of consciousness.”
